Students are to arrive on time (missed warm up can result in injury!) and whomever is dropping off must remain with them until class begins. Students must be picked up promptly when class is over.

Students register for the season that runs from August to May. Tuition is an hourly price based on a ten month season, divided into ten payments. No refunds will be given for registration fees and tuition.

No refunds will be given for missed classes. Students may make up their missed classes within two months.
Please call and inform us when your child will be absent.

Our dress rehearsal date and spring recital date will be announced.

Costume payments must be made in full before Thanksgiving break. A late fee will be assessed if payment is not recieved by November 25th. Costumes that have not been paid in full will not be ordered.

Absolutely no food or gum chewing is permitted. Bottled water is permitted and encouraged.

Tuition is due the first day of the month. A $25 late fee will be assessed to accounts not paid on time.

Realdance utilizes "Power Pay", an automated billing system. Each account holder shall provide the studio with a debit or credit card that we bill tuition to on either a monthly, bi-monthly or annual basis.

Realdance and its employees cannot be responsible for your personal property.

Good attendance is required in order to participate in our spring recital. Excessive absence may result dismissal from the performance.

In case of inclement weather we will leave a voice message on our answering system letting you know whether or not classes are cancelled. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing.
