Deborah
Wicke has been teaching classical ballet, pointe
and lyrical in South Florida for the past 12
years. She began her training in New York, where
she had the opportunity to dance with New York
City Ballet under the directorship of George
Balanchine.
Deborah's training began with the Royal Academy
of Dance (R.A.D.) school of technique. She then
continued to study an extensive variety of styles.
She went on to receive her BFA from S.U.N.Y
Purchase.
Deborah has danced with several professional
ballet companies including; Pennsylvania-Milwaukee
Ballet, Charleston Ballet Theatre, Chautauqua
Dance Festival Company and Berkshire Ballet.
She has danced principal roles in ballets such
as; Nutcracker, Giselle, Cinderella and Coppelia. |
